Tuscany Reserve Design Standards
In order to maintain the integrity and consistency of the Mediterranean style of this community, the Tuscany Reserve Design Review Committee, chaired by John Mackaman of Elswood-Smith-Carlson, must review and approve all site plans, architectural plans, building elevations, exterior color and material selections, and landscape plans.
All homes in Tuscany Reserve must use barrel or mission style tile roofs, all masonry exteriors, and other Mediterranean elements such as entry courtyards or motor courtyards.
Following are some additional design requirements for the Villas and Estate Homes at Tuscany Reserve.
